Bunkhouse at Amelia Trust FarmOriginally a 16thcentury cow barn the bunkhouse incorporates communal living, farm smells and sounds, ensuring that your experience is enjoyable, warm and unique!  Relaxing by the cosy log burner each group is able to make their own itinerary for their stay.  We can also arrange a number of team based activities. The bunkhouse has been designed to provide a good balance of team living and space.  You are free to use rooms to match your groups need, please note that ‘newt’ is designed as a contained leaders room with ensuite and prep/quiet area.

The bunkhouse sleeps 30 people, consisting of the following rooms:

Upper floor
 Buzzard – sleeps 8;
Doormouse – sleeps 3;
Fox – sleeps 7;

Ground floor
 Newt – sleeps 3;
Hedgehog – sleeps 3;
Badger – sleeps 6;

Bunkhouse kitchen at Amelia Trust FarmThe bunkhouse is self catering and provides: cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Cooking is via gas (don’t forget the matches!) with two 4 ring hobs, two large ovens and a separate toaster. The bunkhouse also has locked storage, a washing machine and a cloakroom for your use.

Prices

Cost

The cost is £7.00 per person per night inc VAT

Fuel

·       Gas/electricity consumption is charged at a flat rate of £12 inc VAT per night, for extra warmth central heating is charged at an additional £9 inc VAT per night.

Deposit

·       A deposit of £50 per night (non-refundable) is required to confirm your booking; please pay this 1 month before your stay. The deposit is to confirm booking which we need as soon as possible so we are guaranteed the booking and we can determine availability for other enquiries

Groups

·       Groups staying only one night are required to pay a surcharge of £30.

We boast a large live room with excellent views of this Idyllic setting here at the Amelia Trust Farm, ideal for recording your first demo or exploring new ideas in your music.



Sports hall

Sports Hall Hire at Amelia Trust Farm
Purpose built in 2001 the sports hall is available for hire from 4.30pm weekdays and all day on weekends.

With a viewing area, toilets and showers it is ideal for sport groups meeting on a regular basis.
