The Field Study Centre is equipped with audio visual conference facilities and provides an excellent educational space for people of all ages to learn about the countryside in all its fascinating glory.

The Centre is in an old stone barn which has been converted into a beautiful resource that contains an environmental education library, display boards and exhibits downstairs, and a quiet mezzanine floor for small group discussions.

Resource Room

The Resource room is an informal space suitable for hands on workshops or parties, It comfortably seats twenty children. Adjacent to the resource room is a small fully equipped kitchen.

The cost of hiring the room is £32.00 for two hours (includes use of a kitchen) Please note this facility is located on the 1st floor, access via a fixed stair case.
