• A signed Indemnity Form is required before a booking can be finally accepted.
• Any faulty equipment must be reported immediately.
• Any breakages must be paid for in full.
• All rooms must be left in the same state of repair/tidiness as found.
• A cleaning surcharge of up to £25 is applicable if the studio is left in an untidy condition.
• A period of 15 minutes either side of session is given for setting up/packing away.
• Cancellation of session must be reported 24 hours in advance or session must be paid for.
