Schools and Group Visits

Come and explore the Farm and Woodlands with teacher-led activities.

Join our outdoor classroom environment, learning outside has never been more engaging and fun. 
We offer schools, colleges, nursery and adult groups the opportunity to take part in various activities where booking is essential, including our Self Guided Farm Tour and the magical Gnome and Fairy Trail. Leaders packs available for Farm Tour and activity sheets and pencils for every participating child for both activities. 

Picnic Shelter & Bag Storage

The picnic shelter and safe bag storage are available for your group to use (please see charges below).

Parking

Parking is available for coaches and minibuses upon request.

Toilets

Toilets including those with disabled access and baby changing facilities are available on site.

BBQ & Bunkhouse hire

We have a BBQ for hire as well as the option of you and your group staying over in our 23 bed Bunkhouse.

Cafe

Our resident cafe is open most days from 9 am - 4 pm (weather dependent) and serves hot and cold food, drinks, cakes, ice lollies and ice cream. Please let us know in advance if your group wishes to purchase food so that orders can be prepared to avoid delays. 

Charges

ALL GROUPS MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE

Nursery, School or College Trips

£60 for exclusive use of the picnic shelter, safe storage space, parking and leader’s pack with children’s activity sheets and use of pencils; plus £2 per child – staff and parents/guardians free. Booking in advance is essential for health and safety reasons. 

Adult Groups

For Adult Groups visiting with no activity or added facilities, is £2 per Adult. Booking in advance is essential for health and safety reasons.

    Here at the farm we are home to over 20 wonderful species, little and large, from our chatty guinea pigs to our curious donkeys. We are a registered charity care farm as well as being a donkey sanctuary and we are open to the general public throughout the year.

    Why not come and experience one of our events. We have a wide array of fun and educational events and activities running all year round, for all ages. Entrance charges apply. If the Welcome Shelter is not staffed please put your entrance fee in the honesty box at the entrance ( Sheep's mouth).
