Volunteer for us

Individual Volunteering

With 160 acres of farm and woodland along with lots of buildings and of course our beautiful animals to care for, the Amelia Trust Farm requires a lot of help to ensure that we run smoothly.  Our volunteer opportunities are diverse ranging from assisting with animal care, carrying out site maintenance, looking after our grounds, gardening, helping us with fundraising, lending a hand in the Café or our Shop and helping out with marketing, events and administration.

If you would like to apply to become an individual volunteer at the Farm please download and complete our short application form telling us the role you’d like to apply for, and we’ll be in touch with you soon.  Please send completed forms to [email protected].

Please note:

Because of the nature of the work we do with vulnerable young people we ask that volunteers are 21+ yrs for term time volunteering and during weekend and school holidays the age is lower at 16+ yrs for animal/cafe volunteering only.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a Disclosure and Barring Check.  Volunteers are asked to contribute £10 towards the administration cost of the check.
